Service
Layary is a tool for recording wine, whiskey, and other beverages and creating collages with photos, stickers, and text. Product search and label recognition results are for reference only, and actual labeling should be checked first.
Account and Use
You can keep local records without an account. Account backup is available after you choose to sign in. Buying or restoring Plus and checking Plus access assigned to an account require a Layary sign-in. Keep access to your account and device secure.
User content
The rights to photos, text, and collages belong to the user. Users must only add content that they have the right to use, and must not infringe on the copyright, portrait rights, or personal information of others. When you turn on backups, the service will process your content only to the extent necessary for storage, synchronization, and restoration.
prohibited act
Unauthorized access to, collection of, or reverse engineering of content, services or data that violates laws or infringes on the rights of others, as well as automated requests that interfere with service operation, are prohibited.
Subscribe to Plus
Plus is an automatically renewing subscription for additional sticker styles. Check the price and period in the app purchase screen. Apple App Store handles iOS purchases; Google Play handles Android purchases. You can stop renewal in the applicable store’s subscription settings. Deleting your Layary account or the app does not cancel the store subscription. Purchases are unavailable in test versions where billing is disabled.
Withdrawal of subscription and refund
Request a refund through the store where you purchased (Apple App Store or Google Play) or contact us. Any restriction on withdrawal for digital content applies only where the applicable law’s conditions, including advance notice, are met. These terms do not limit statutory rights.
Service change/discontinuation
We may change or suspend features for safety, legal, external provider policy, or product improvement reasons. Changes that significantly affect user rights will be notified through notices or updates within the app.
scope of responsibility
We strive to provide services reliably and protect data within a reasonable range. However, liability may be limited to the extent permitted by relevant laws for reasons beyond the control of the service, such as incorrect input or arbitrary deletion by the user, loss of the device, or external service failure.
Account termination/inquiry/dispute
Request account deletion in Settings or by email without the app at https://layary.day/en/account-deletion/. Deleting the server account and backup does not cancel a store subscription; delete on-device records separately. For service, billing, refund, or privacy inquiries, contact [email protected] or 010-4972-9231. Korean law applies, and unresolved disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
