Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your Layary account and server backup by email even if you cannot open the app.
How to request deletion
Use the button below and tell us the email address linked to your Layary account and whether you signed in with Google or Apple. You may write from another address; we will reply with steps to verify your request. Use “Layary account deletion request” as the subject. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, or identity documents.

What is deleted
After verifying your request, we delete your Layary server account and records and photos backed up to the server. Records stored only on your device must be deleted in the app or by clearing the app data. Information that must be retained by law is handled according to that law.
Google Play subscription
Deleting your Layary account or the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play subscription management. An existing subscription may not be restorable to a new Layary account after deletion.
In the app, you can also use Settings → Account and Backup → Delete Account.
